We have tried to make searching and buying products on this website as easy as possible. If you find you are unable to find what you want or have any suggestions to improve the site then please use the feedback form.

You can select using the "Quick Links" on the left hand navigation bar to go speedily to the correct area of the site. Within each section you can search or select from the top navigation bars. You can also use the "Search" link to have a more in depth search across ranges. From there you can find standard silk ties, ties for weddings, woven silk neckties, cufflinks and studs in sets fo formal occasions. You can also search for all items in red in a price range.

Products are displayed in groups of 16, and by page. Silk Ties, Tie Sets, Gifts Sets, Woven Silk Ties, Colour, Themed Silk Ties, Polka Dot Silk Ties, Striped Silk Ties etc

When you are ready to checkout, you can do so by either selecting Payment from the Basket Screen. Users can check the basket contents and total cost before completing the address and delivery details. Any voucher can be redeemed at this point. All vouchers affect all products in the basket including those reduced on-site. Any overseas delivery is not included in any deduction. All transactions are in £s sterling.

On completion of the required fields the user is shown the final cost and order details prior to making any payment. The payments screen is held on PayPal's secure site and no details of credit cards are held by TiesOL or 21ITC. An email is sent confirming all the items ordered prior to making payment through PayPal.

On completing payment in PayPal the customer is returned to the TieOL site. Payment appears on your Statement as Web - 21ITC.

All items will be dispatched within 2 working days and should reach the required address within 5 working days. In the event of items being out of stock we will advise you immediately allowing you to:

1) Be informed of estimated delivery and wait for despatch
2) Order a suitable alternative
3) Cancel the order and have your credit card credited in full.

Items to be delivered to a secondary address (as a gift?) will not include any details of cost, unless required.

We aim to delight our customers and make every effort to ensure that the products that you order reach you in perfect condition. If for any reason the products do not meet your expectations please return them to us unused and in the condition supplied as follows

1. Complete the returns note, from the Contact part of this website. This will inform us of your return and produce a returns statements for you to print and use.

2. Put the item to be returned into the despatch box/envelope accompanied by the completed returns statement.

3. Clearly label the outside of the box/envelope.

4. Seal the box/envelope securely preferably with adhesive tape.

5. Take the package to any UK post office and ask for a certificate of posting -- please retain this, in the event of the goods not reaching us they will have to be located using this certificate prior to any refund being made.

6. For hygenic reasons we are unable to accept returned jewellery items with any piercing format, such as earings or body jewellery unless in the original packaging, unopened.

If you have chosen an alternative item this will be sent to you by return, if not and if you have chosen to cancel the order we will credit your credit card on receiving the goods -- this may take 5-10 days depending on the postal service and your bank.
